Mrs. Ruth Ann Taylor Palmer, Age 77 of Christian County. She was born on January 28, 1949 to the late Mr. Isreal Taylor and Mrs. Pauline Mary Ann Campbell Taylor Fraizer. Mrs. Ruth Palmer accepted Christ at an early age . She was a member of the St. John Baptist Church where she served as a Sunday School Teacher and on the Usher Board.

On June 24, 2026 Mrs Ruth Palmer was called home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. After graduating from Christian County High School. She worked at Holiday Inn, Econo Lodge and The Bingo Hall for many years. She was a member of the motorcycle club Majestic Knights. In her spare time she enjoyed traveling, spending time with her children and grandchildren. She loved watching the news. Ruth was never employed by the police department but she knew everything that was going on around town. Mrs. Ruth was a loving sister, mother, aunt , grandmother and friend to all that knew her.

Preceding her in death Isreal and Pauline Taylor (parents), Jessie Palmer (husband), Elouise Taylor, Shirley Taylor (sisters), Demetruis Taylor (brother), Christopher Taylor (grandson), Terreka Jones (grand daughter), Diane Davis, Sue Ann Russell (nieces), William Russell (nephew). She is survived and forever loved by her children Ben Taylor (Kerthera), Ella Taylor Mitchell (Troy), Tyrone Bailey (Charline), Montez Taylor, Natalie Palmer and Kimberly Taylor all of Hopkinsville, Ky. 15 grandchildren, 29 great -grandchildren, 13 great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Special Friends: John Anderson, Ester Brody and Gene Fish.
