Darlynene Jackson Obituary
Darlynene (Finch) Jackson went home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on June 21, 2026. She was born in Christian County to the late Mr. Daniel and Mrs. Pauline (Moss) Finch on June 14th, 1948.
Darlynene confessed her love for Christ at an early age. She was a member of Gainsville Baptist Church where she was a faithful servant and also served on the kitchen committee until her untimely death. Darlynene worked at Ebonite for 35 years. She also was a entrepreneur. She loved bowling, gardening, fishing and cooking and occasionally a good old yard sale. Darlynene was a musicophile (she loved all types of music).
On July 8, 1975 Darlynene married the love of her life Fred Douglas Jackson. 51 years of Holy Matrimony, with this union four wonderful children were born Valerie (Finch) Cox-Kent, Rodriguez Horgain, Quentin Jackson and De Marcus Jackson. She not only raised her children but she also helped raise their grandchildren, great- grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A neighborhood mother to all. A good dedicated, loyal and loving person. True example of a Virtuous Woman!!!
